We are a marina first, and that shapes the whole day. Fuel on the water. A ship’s store with what you forgot. Boats to take out when you would rather not tow your own down, from pontoons to jet skis to eFoil boards you will fall off of at least twice.

Twenty nine rooms sit above and beside the dock, named the way you would name them on a boat. Port, Starboard, and Topside, where the balcony hangs out over the water and the morning comes up through the trees.

Then there is dinner. Woods & Water, built around a live fire, open to anyone who finds the turn.

Nothing here is more than a walk away.
